I need to have a counter that is an int turn into 4 decimal places. This would be easy enough but each number has to be unique.

So, if I have a counter that is:

1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10

I need to place it as:

.0001,.0002,.0003,.0004,.0005,.0006,.0007,.0008,.0009,.0010
etc

How can I accomplish this?
